Van Rental

Southern Bus and Mobility provides convenient handicap accessible van rentals for when your mobility situation requires a temporary solution. With adjustable rates dependent upon how long you’ll need a vehicle, our handicap van rental team will work with you to identify how we can best overcome your mobility challenges. We frequently update and grow our rental inventory, so check back regularly or contact our team for more information on finding the perfect-fit mobility van rental for you.  All rates & fees subject to change. 

Pick Up & Drop Off

Standard pick up time – 9:00AM day of rental
Standard drop off time – on or before 8:00AM the following day
Rentals are NOT 24 hours from time of pick up.

Mileage Fees

125 free miles per day. Mileage in excess of free miles is charged at .30 / mile thereafter.

Fuel Fees

Vehicle must be returned full, there will be a $10.00 service fee, plus the cost of fuel charge.

Drivers

A valid Driver’s license and proof of full coverage insurance is required for all drivers.

Reservation Deposit

The reservation deposit is one day’s rental rate and due at the time the reservation is made with Southern Bus & Mobility. This deposit is refundable if Southern Bus & Mobility is notified of cancellations 21 days prior to the date of departure. In addition, all reservations must be held with one of the following major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.

Age Requirement

Minimum Age: 25

Cleaning Fee

If excessive cleaning is required an additional charge of $50 will be charged when returned.

Available Inventory

Our wheelchair van conversions are easy to operate and offers a spacious interior. The sliding doors and folding ramp make the van easy to enter and exit for wheelchair or scooter users. The vans also feature an easily removable front passenger seat to allow a wheelchair user to ride in the front passenger position.
