Cal Loepker of Southern Bus and Mobility made shopping for a vehicle a pleasurable experience. We were looking for a van for the transportation of the residents of our nursing home. We knew what we wanted but weren’t having any luck finding it from other dealerships. Cal was very patient and ended up bringing us several vehicles to test drive. Cal had the vehicle delivered to us. The process was quick and easy. The next time we need a vehicle, I will be calling Cal.

I can’t be effusive enough about southern mobility. They took care of me like I was fine China. Dale and Marcel were top notch. Dale was the sales person on my case. He explained everything in fine detail. He was low-pressure and I appreciated that. Marcel who was the general manager made sure that everything worked fantastic. The Service Department, was the shop supervisor put the final details on the conversion at had a left’s accelerator and an easy lock. In addition to that the conversion had a 6 direction seat that made me feel like I was an F-16 pilot. Everything got done when they said and how they said. Every time I dropped my vehicle off they gave me a ride home. They made my time there very easy. They respected my time. And they made what was a difficult situation for me pleasant. Marcel even filled my tank up with gas and you know how much gas costs!

I recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna and needed to have a lowered floor & ramp conversion installed.
I went to Southern Bus and Mobility and they installed the mobility upfit and ramp in a very timely manner. I was treated kindly and the quality of the product was excellent.

Southern Bus and Mobility has been a “God Send”
Our son was injured in 2008. Everything was new to us. We were referred to another company to buy a van and a lift. The lift was constantly breaking and we took it in many times to be serviced. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved.
When Southern Bus and Mobility opened their service department and showroom in St Louis, I took our van to them.
Southern Bus & Mobility knew what the problem was right away. They replaced the lift with an adequate one. I’ve had no problem since that time.
The staff at Southern Bus and Mobility is both courteous and knowledgeable. If we have a question, it is answered truthfully.
When we make an appointment, the mechanics work on the van immediately. No more waiting hours.
We receive personal attention from everyone. If work needs to be done, I am given options to choose from.

We rented a 15 passenger bus for a vacation trip. The staff at Southern was easy to deal with and guided us in choosing the right bus. The bus made the trip more comfortable, and was easy to drive. We logged more than 1400 miles, through mountains and tons of highway construction zones. It was cheaper than bringing two cars, and allowed the extended family to relax and enjoy the trip. They played games on the table and watched movies the whole trip. Simply, it is a great choice for long family vacations, plenty of room for passengers and luggage. We will be using them on a regular basis now.
